In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the apk444 website, mobile site, any native application, and all services, games, and features accessible under the apk444.vip domain.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player following successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins value, or any non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a specific promotion.

3.1 Age Requirement

By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. apk444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform. apk444 does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

3.3 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and current information when registering your Account and to keep that information up to date. Providing false registration details — including name, date of birth, or payment information — is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Account balances.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active Account on the Platform. Where apk444 identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual — determined by shared personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other indicator — all associated Accounts may be suspended and duplicate Account balances forfeited without prior notice.

You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. You must keep your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. apk444 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify apk444 support immediately via the contact details provided on this Platform. apk444 accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

apk444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers. Visa and Mastercard debit/credit card options may be available subject to issuer approval. The list of supported methods may change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to deposits above ৳50,000. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. apk444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly or within a maximum of 30 minutes subject to payment network confirmation.

5.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Players to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. apk444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment source used for the most recent qualifying deposit.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the apk444 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). apk444 does not currently accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.

5.5 Transaction Monitoring

apk444 reserves the right to review, delay, or refuse any transaction that appears inconsistent with normal player activity, that triggers internal risk thresholds, or that is associated with suspected fraudulent or money-laundering activity. Players agree to cooperate fully with any such review.

Promotional offers, welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and any other incentive published on the Platform are subject to their own specific promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific promotional terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.

• apk444's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final.

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify your selections — including stake amount, odds, and market — before confirming any wager. apk444 is not liable for bets placed in error. In the event of a technical fault during the placement process, the bet may be voided at apk444's discretion.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other markets — are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport and market type. Results are determined by official competition results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, etc.). apk444 reserves the right to void any market affected by match-fixing, abandonment, or administrative error.

7.3 Casino & RNG Games

All slot games, table games, and other RNG-based titles available on the Platform use certified random number generation algorithms supplied by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Game results are independently fair and are not influenced by previous results or bet size. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-recorded outcome, the server record shall be conclusive.

7.4 Live Casino

Live dealer games — supplied by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live — are conducted in real time by trained dealers. The results of live dealer games are final once the dealer announces the outcome. Technical disconnections during a live game do not entitle a Player to any refund beyond the Platform's standard disconnection policy.

7.5 Crash Games

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing apk444 staff or other Players
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of apk444.

apk444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players. Upon termination, any real-money Balance remaining in a compliant Account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to apk444.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which apk444 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits apk444's right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the Platform, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and apk444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by apk444 of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
